- Your existing debts don’t matter (no DTI)
- Can close with title held in an LLC
- No ratio option with 35% down
Community Mortgage
Key Points:
- Purchase or refinance
- Owner occupied only (primary or vacation home)
- 20%-35% down
- 640+ FICO
- 12-24 months reserves
- US Citizen, perm or non-perm resident
- No proof of income
- No employment verification
- No DTI requirements
- 1 day after BK OK
- Down payment can be a gift
