I was raised in a family who taught the importance of education, organization, integrity, and most importantly, to always meet or exceed what you promise. These core values have shaped my personal and professional life and are pivotal traits every successful mortgage lender must honor and embrace. I have built a professional resume along multiple scopes of real estate and finance as both a professional and a consumer which allows me to help my clients make the most informed mortgage decision possible.
I graduated college from Long Beach State University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing and Finance. No sooner after college could I have started my real estate business; in fact, I spent more of my time in my final semester at CSULB working in real estate than I did on actually trying to graduate. My life and energy was being directed towards my passion and I haven’t looked back since. In 2011 my business partner and I started our Real Estate investing business and since inception we have built a continued track record of successes. I have become very involved and well known in my local real estate community which has allowed me to purchase, rehabilitate, and sell property in Los Angeles, to raise and allocated large sums of investment capital, and invest and manage rental property which I still do to this day. My first few years in real estate taught me my niche in this industry. I quickly noticed that whenever it came to creating any real estate transaction I was obsessed with “the numbers” and how to best make them work to benefit everyone involved. This realization led me to pursue a career in mortgage lending.
Beginnings In Real Estate
In January of 2014 I directed my career towards the mortgage industry. I gauge my success based on more than the number of transactions I complete in a given year; my success as a mortgage lender is creating value for individuals and families helping them buy their dream home or improve the financial situation of the home they are currently in. I’ve helped families use their current homes equity to pay off student loans or credit card bills, educate and help eliminate unnecessary monthly mortgage expenses such as mortgage insurance. I will only complete a mortgage transaction to create value for the person or family I’m helping and will go above and beyond to maximize the benefit of our doing business. A reputation quickly precedes a person and it is of utmost importance to me to uphold my reputation by always acting honorably and by provide the MOST value I can to my clients. I love saying “yes” where other lenders might have said no. When I meet someone who has been turned down due to poor credit or other reasons rather than move to the next opportunity, I will take my valued time and effort to guide that person in a situation where they can purchase the home they desire. I will go the distance to help you overcome any obstacles you have experienced. I look forward to our first conversation in person or over the phone.
